Ⅰ、Working principle
Oil booster pump is a kind of oil vapor jet vacuum ones. It’s using the booster pump’s oil of which saturation vapor pressure in room temperature that lower than 5×10-3Pascal is heating to working temperature, it creates lots of oil vapor, and is ejected by different class of nozzle, thus gets the working intermediate—the high speed vapor jet efflux. And the extracted gas gets into high speed vapor jet efflux, the oil vapor with gas is cooled down when it touches the wall of pumps and is gone back to oil boiler, at this time step by step the gas is condensed, and finally is taken out by backing vacuum pump.
Ⅱ、Main usage
Because of its working pressure(Between 10~10-2Pascal), the oil booster pump is the ideal device for getting middle vacuum. It is a high effective middle degassing system made up of valve, pipes, and mechanical pumps. It can be used in all kinds of vacuum furnace in metallurgic industry, and middle vacuum plating film that has lots of gas during different kinds of techniques and other vacuum applications.
Ⅲ、Character
Our corporation has abundance experience in oil booster pumps theory researching, calculating, designing and manufacturing. After studied a few experienced abroad corporations’ products and absorbed its spiritual parts, we get our own characterizing WZ series horizontal oil booster pumps. We also find that although it was used in all kinds of fields, the old Z series ones have has scarcely changed in character, capability, and outsize in our country. Comparing with abroad ones, the gap of these products is huge. We give promoting design for old style of Z series oil booster pumps without changing original characterize style and fixing size, thus come into being our own characterizing ZL series. Including all character of old parts, the ZL series pump has further more following:
1st The core structure of oil booster pump is designed under the character framework of WZ series ones. It has stability working style thus giving ultimate vacuum, and the pump’s speed ratio is promoted 5 per cent higher than old ones.
2nd We specially designed a water-cooling cover under the bottom of main pump. After stopped heating one hour later, it can give water to cool down rapidly, this can decreasing time for stopping pump and saving energy efficiently. Be attention to that the end side of water place must be opening at this time, and the water cover cannot have pressure during it works.
3rd The heating device is produced by our own corporation, its quality is guarantied, this can confirm the pumps working stability.
4th After long years of researching, we find that the reason of oil booster pumps inland cannot work normally is one for not changing with the wastage of the oil and the heating power not fit for season’s converting after setting, the other is the quality which is not stability for every groups of oil, and the require of heating power is also different, so user is always confused of how to do. We manufacture the special temperature control heating power after absorbing abroad advance experience. And control power can make the pump working in the constant temperature situation. Thus assuring the pump’s working correctly under any kinds of situation. The only shortcoming of this temperature control heating power is the price becoming a little higher because of its parts are coming from
5th The formal pumps are fixed no pay with WSSX series up-down limit thermometer with electricity joint for we think of no increasing the user’s economical expenses. And also can control the pump working temperature. User can equipped with corresponding current system, relay or controlled gauge by his own circumstance to get the pump automatic control.
Ⅳ、Maintenance
1st Pump should be fixing horizontally, and be bolted on the ground tightly to prevent vibration.
2nd Before heating pump, the backing vacuum pump must be provided under 10-20 Pascal vacuums, in order to prevent the oil oxygenizing.
3rd The backing gas must be no corrupting. It is nearly clean, dry gas without dust. It must have filter when the gas has dust in.
4th It has deeply affected by the pump’s capability such as environment temperature, relativity humidity and cooling water’s temperature. The capability character of ZL series oil booster pump is testing under following conditions:
☆ Room temperature:20 Centigrade±5 Centigrade;
☆ Relativity humidity: lower than 70%RH ;
☆ Original inlet cooling water temperature: about 20 Centigrade;
☆ Final outlet cooling water temperature: 40 Centigrade.
It’s guaranteed of pump working rightly by effective of cooling water. It can made oil vapor flew back or taken out by backing vacuum pump when ineffectual cooling water does.
5th It must have thoroughly cooling down the pump when it doesn’t in use, than stop backing vacuum pump to avoid of oxidizing the oil of pump.
6th When the vacuum is suddenly becoming worse while pump is still in use, this time should check the damage of heating parts, no water, low pressure of the water, Is it too high of the cooling water temperature, the lacking or oxidizing of the pump’s oil, the effective of the hermetical parts, certification of the oil.
7th When it’s long time in no use, the pump should be stored in low vacuum circumstance, using compressed air to blow off the cooling water in pipes in order to prevent the corruption of the cooling system and main vacuum pumps.
8th we give one-year free repair for the problem in manufacturing quality that let the pump doesn’t work correctly (the easy corrupting parts including heating parts, the pump’s oil are not in this free repair sphere)

Ⅵ、The structure and outside size of the oil booster pump
There are two outside types for oil booster pump:
Type ZL-150(Little type of oil booster pump) is made up of three diffusion class and a single ejecting class which in a taper pump;
Type ZL-300 and upper(middle and big type ones) is made up of two~three diffusion class and one~two ejecting class which in a taper pump.
