1) How can I place the order?

    You should contact with the salesman at any time. And pls tell your detail requirements such as the quantity, model, microphone, remote, logo and packing and so on. Then he/she will give you advice and confirm the order. We will start the order after your payment.

 

2) Whether can I get a sample?

    Of course, sample is available. We usually charge $10 for the earphone, $15 for the headphone and $20 for the Bluetooth. And they are refundable if you place an order. It doesn’t include the freight.

 

3) What is the delivery time?

    The delivery time is about 10-40 working days after your deposit. It depends on your quantity.

 

4) How can I do the payment?

    You can pay it through T/T and Western Union. Of course, PayPal is possible too. But it is only for the samples.

 

5) What is the warranty time?
