1. Can the gsm alarm system work all over the world?   
  Yes, the GSM frequency of the alarm host is GSM850/900/1800/1900mhz quad band,  which can work all over the world with gsm network coverage.
2. Can the power adapter work all over the world?
  The specification of adapter is DC12V, 1A; AC110 to 240V,so it is suitable all over the world.

3. Could I add more wireless sensors, such as smoke/gas detectors, panic button, water leak detector etc?

5. How many zones of the gsm alarm console has?
    It has 120 wireless zones and 2 wired zones(for connecting wired sensors).
6. What zone type could I set for each zone detector?
   You can define as one of the 8 zone type including Normal, Stay, Intelligent, Emergency,Closed, Help, Welcome and Chime Zone. Normally doorbell should be programed in chime zone, smoke detector/gas leak detector/water leak detector etc in emergency 24 hours zone, SOS panic button in help zone, Welcome motion sensor in welcome zone, other infrared motion PIR sensors and door magentic contact sensors in normal or stay at home zone.
7. Could I disable the sensors in bedroom, hall in the night, but keep the other peripheral sensors in arm mode?    
    Yes, you can do partial-arm. User can pre-set some sensors not triggered in stay arm mode, but others can be triggered.
8. Could I program the siren sound when triggered for some zones, but no sound for other zones?   
   Yes, users can set the siren on or off for each zone.
9. Can the alarm host continue to work after power off?   
   Yes, the device is built in backup recharge battery. It can continue to work when external power is off.
10. Can I record my voice into the device?   
    Yes, you can pre-record your voice, such as“burglar broke into the house".   The alarm host will play the recorded voice when you answer the alarm phone call.

11. How many phone numbers can the device call to while alarming?
   The device can pre-set 6 groups of alarm call numbers, so can call to 6 user's phone numbers max.
12. How many sms alert numbers can the device send to while alarming?   
     The device can pre-set 3 sms alert phone numbers, so can send sms to 3 mobile phones max.
13. Could I enable/disable the sms alert?
      Yes, you can set it only call you when alarming, no sms alert.
    You can also Enable the sms messages if you need it.  
14. How can I arm/disarm the alarm system?   
      At home, you can arm/disarm the device by remotes, touch keypad on the alarm host, wireless keypad.
    At outsides, you can arm/disarm the device by sms, call or mobile App  
15. Could I set to delay some seconds to arm the alarm system so that I have enough time to exist the house?     
      Yes, you can set 00 to 99 seconds to delay arm with remote control.
16. Could I set zone 01 to 05 be only controlled by No.1 remote controllers, zone 06 to 15 controlled only by NO.2 remote,Zone 16 to 20 only by No.3 remote?
    Yes, you can set the control scope of remotes. You can set which defense zones will be controlled by which remote.
17. How can I know the alarm is armed/disarmed successfully?
       Each time arming/disarming the alarm system with remote, you can hear the voice prompt: arming or disarming.
    If the voice prompt is not so loud, you can activate siren beep prompt. The siren will make one beep soud when you arm/disarm the system each tim.  

18. Could I set scheduled arming/disarming?    
    Yes, user can set four groups of scheduled arming/disarming.
    For example, set arm at 9: 00 in the morning and disarm at 17:00 automatically.
19. Could I set scheduled arm/disarm just for some designated zones?
    Yes, you can set auto-arm zone 01 to 20 at 22:00pm and auto-disarmed at 7:00AM.
    and auto arm zone 25 to 30 at 14:00pm and auto-disarm at 18:00pm
20. What can I hear and what can I do when answer the alarm call?   
   You can hear your pre-record voice, and which zone is alarming, and you can press the numbers on mobile keyboard to control the alarm system arm/disrm, siren
on/off, listen in and relay on/off etc
21. Could I control the alarm system remotely by call, sms or app?    
     Yes, you can arm/disarm, listen in, siren on/off ,relay on/off etc by call.
and arm/disarm,control relay on/off by SMS or mobile app and query the alarm system status by SMS
22. How can I setup the alarm system?   
    You can program it via touch keypad, call or sms.
23. Could I customize the sms alert contents,not only receive xx zone alarm?    
     Yes, you can customize it. You can edit the sms alert contents by sms, such as Zone 01 PIR alarm in bedroom.  
24. Can I know my operation records and alarm log?
      Yes. The gsm alarm unit has unique black box feature. You can check recent 72 disarmed records and 102 recent alarm log.
    And accurately show the alarm time and control code.
25. How can I get the mobile app?
    First you need to download the software in the android market, google market or IOS market with the name of "gsm alarm"( the one with a green house icon ) , or scan the QR code on the package box to download the app software.
