Our Only Procedure is:

1. Buyer issues ICPO/LOI with full coordinates and Corporate Profile, passport scan copy
2. Seller sends Commercial Invoice to Buyer.
3. Buyer signs and returns CI to Seller who then is available for a direct phone call, Skype on request.
4. Bank-to-Bank communication begins - Buyer’s bank sends RWA to Seller’s Bank by Swift, then Seller’s Bank swifts to Buyer’s Bank and opens a Bank to Bank communication. Seller Bank will answer all questions and confirm ability of seller to buyer’s Bank.
5. After seller's bank confirmation that the payment Guarantee is workable, Seller gives SGS/POP/DTA and allows Buyer to Dip Test at loading port.
6. Buyer pays with MT103 at loading port after successful Dip Test. Seller Bank send to Buyer the Title. Trial (SPOT) deal closed.
