Application

Soft formation of low resist compression strength, high drill ability. Such as shale, clay, rock salt, cotton rock, and so on.

Feature

  • Thermally stable polycrystalline (TSP) diamonds are placed on the leading edge of each blade.
  • The simulation technology of dynamic flow field are used in hydraulic design to optimize down-hole flow field, beneficial to improve clearance speed and anti-balling simultaneously.
  • Reduced bit height improves bit steerability for directional and horizontal applications. It also reduces slide time and footage by achieving builds and turns more quickly.
  • Cutter backing raised to minimize excessive depth of cut because of formation heterogeneity.
  • Lo-Vibe depth of cut control inserts that can be replaced when needed (wear, breakage, etc.).
  • Thermally stable polycrystalline (TSP) diamonds are placed on the leading edge of each blade.
  • Lower than standard nozzle count. Reduced nozzle count to best match drilling, formation, and hydraulic system capabilities; reduces the flow rate required to achieve an appropriate hydraulic horsepower per square inch (HSI); avoids the use of numerous, smaller nozzles that can become pl ed.
