LX09-11 infrared bumper (limit switch) Introduction
1. Overview: LX09-11 crane infrared bumper (limit switch) is a one of the latest security device designed to control the crane and the obstacle braking distance. This product has high precision, detection distance, sensitive reaction, anti-electromagnetic interference, long life and other advantages. Specific distance between the crane and the obstacle can be adjusted according to the actual needs of the work environment.

3) Detection effective distance: 0.5M ~ 4.5M;
4) Rated input voltage: Can be customized, but should specify before ordering.
3. Working principle and usage: This product detects the distance between the obstacle and products on the principle of detected objects reflection on infrared beam, which is controlled by the synchronization circuit to cut off power supply so that the crane stops. After installing the products, and checking the rated input voltage, we should move the cranes to the desired position, and then connect power to this product. If the front indicator of product (red) does not light, twist counterclockwise front knob of product until the indicator light; if the front indicator of product (red) light, twist clockwise front knob of product until the indicator off.
4. Notes:
1) Inform the rated input voltage when ordering;
2) Read "Product Manual" when used;
3) In dust more places, periodically clean the mirror, otherwise there will be down effect or the occurrence of malfunction.
