1. Write an work sheet, fill it with detailed instructions.

 

2. Please prepare the following items before sending the case.

b. Impression tray for working model

c. Opposite model

d. Bite registration (if necessary)

e. Please include all implant components.

 

3. After you send, please inform us the tracking number. If you cases over than 20 patiens once, we will pay the freight.
