The product is a kind of water solubility film formation corrosion inhibitor, which is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients, other synergist and surfactant. Non-polar groups in the molecule can effectively prevent CO2、H2S corrosion medium from metal local corrosion. And while the hydrophilic groups are firmly adsorbed on the metal surface and form a dense protective film. So it can keep a long time for metal against corrosion. It has a good protection, especially for hydrogen embrittlement and pitting which are produced by high concentrations of CO2 system. Also, it has a good anti-corrosion for H2S local corrosion. The product has good heat stability and chemical stability.

Technical Indicators of SL-CR-RW

Obviously corrosion inhibition properties effect on CO2、H2S and resistance to high salinity.

It is applicable for protecting oilfield water injecting pipeline corrosion and equipment corrosion. It has a good protection function for not more that 20% CO2、H2S and other acid gases, as well as not more than 200000 mg/L salinity saltwater corrosion environment.

Calculated by liquid production capacity, generally add 50ppm. Appropriately increase amount for the severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%. As for the high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then add it.

The product is packaged with 200L plastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need special packaging, we can pack it as customer’s request. The product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Product is valid for two years.
