Function:

 

1. Our 50ml 1:1 /2:1Dispensing Gun can be easy to automatic mixing and deliver the impression materials. 

2. It is used to extrude dental termpoary crown material or dental impression materials and bite registration materials from cartridges. 

3. It consists of a release lever and a plunger, which are coordinated simultaneously to load and remove the cartridge. 

  

 

 

 

 

 

Instruction

1 Open the top of dental Dispensing Gun and then pull the rack to reach the maximum. 
2, Put into impression material cartridge, and lock it by dental gun.
3, Promote the trigger to make the impression material come out smoothly from the cartidge
4, After using, put the rack back to the original location. 
5, Remove the cartridge, then to repeat the above operation.

50ml 1:1/2:1 dental cartridges are made of PP materials, which is used for filling and packing  dental impression materials, bite registration materials, soft/hard relining materials, dual-cured composite resins etc.

 

Dental mixing tips

Instruction:

The mixing tips attach to Dispensing Gun. The mixing tips keep parts A and B of the silicones separate until they meet inside the static mixer. As a result of this design, the static mixer prevents cross contamination and curing of the A and B components at the interface (where the dispenser and static mixer connect.) This eliminates the common unwanted curing problems that typically occur at that interface when using traditional meter, mix, and dispense equipment.

The mixer is used to mix the 2-component adhesives(dental impression material)from the cartridges conveniently uniform mixing 1:1/2:1/4:1/10:1.
