Brief of Log Multi-blade saw
Log multi-blade saw (i. e. multi-blade saw for round wood) is a new saw machine for da, p & dry raw woodthat without the deturn plane, which is develooped by our company in reponse to the exploding market demands.
Main feature:
Up and down saw spindle, small saw blade dismeter and thin saw kerf (50% of normal single-spindle multi-blade saw for same log);
flat and smooth sawing surface (replace planer);
energy-saving and low waste due to the multi-blade design;
high feeding speed and greatly improve efficiency.
Automatic centering device, fast loading, easy operation and high timberutilization.
Upper pressing roll automatically increase tensile force to ensure stable feeding.
Moreover, the spindle cooling, electric degreasing & cooling functions and external high preasure spray head help save energy and improve cooling effects.
