SY-1D Early Strength Water Reducing Admixture 

SY-1D Early strength Water Reducing Admixture is made of composite components of water- reducing and early strength components. The product has the properties of low dosage, high water- reducing rates; it can improve early strength quickly, while it does not reduce the later strength, which can be widely applied to industrial and civil engineering, highways, railways, hydraulic and Ports and other concrete construction projects. 

1 Features

1)  Appearance: light brown or yellowish powder 

2) Cement paste fluidity: 160 ~ 260mm or more. 

2 the main technical performance and characteristics 

1) The water-reducing effect of this product is remarkable; Determination is carried out According to the national standard "Concrete Admixtures GB8076-1997" :  the maximum rate is up to 30% , water-reducing rate is adjusted  by 10 ~ 30% as per dosage. The higher water reduction and slump required, the greater the dosage needed, without bleeding and segregation. 

2) it can rapidly improve the early strength of concrete; Under the same condition, the strength at 3 days age shall reach60% of the design strength . This product can substantially increase the compressive strength of concrete: comparing to the design strength, 1d increase 80 ~ 200%, 3d increased 60 ~ 100%, 7d increase 30 ~ 80%, 28d increased by 20%. 

3) It has more significant when it is used with low-grade cement; 

4) This product has no chlorine salt, no corrosion effect on steel, non-toxic, non-irritating and radiation and it shall not pollute the environment. 

3 Usage and precaution:

1) Recommended dosage: 1.5 ~3.0% of total cementitious materials (it can be equivalent replacement of cement).

• The powder shall mix directly with cement and extend mixing time 30~60s
• This product  is suitable for the construction under normal temperature ,and the lowest temperature shall not lower than-50C;

4 Package, shipment and storage 

• Packaging:  Plastic knitted sack with plastic membrane lining; 50±1kg per bag. 
• Shipment: by track or train, care must be taken to prevent damage, moisture during delivery
• Storage: The powder admixture shall be stored in dry and ventilation place. Be careful not to get damaged and moisture.
• Valid period: two years.
