Compact Vacuum Carbon & Metal Evaporating Coater --- PT-1100X-SPC-15E-LD

PT-1100X-SPC-15E-LD  is a  compact evaporating coater, which is suitable for coating light metal, Al. Mg, and Li as well as carbon film to sample up to 2" wafer.

Evaporating fixture  3 tungsten heaters are included

Optional part: 

KF25 port is built in the coater to connect a vacuum pump.  Vacuum pump is required for coating ( not included ).

Double stage rotary vane vacuum pump or strong vacuum function molecular vacuum pump is also available for your option.
