Parameters and instructions of Hitachi ACF:

(1)Seal -10 ° C ~ -5 ° C to save

(2)After opening the ACF ,unfreeze 30-60 minutes before use,when ACF thaw to room temperature then open it

(3)In the absence of run case after the ACF opened , please sealed it in the refrigerator.

(4)After received the goods from manufacturers, the best way is to seal in the refrigerated before use.

If the ACF glue shows fully hardened ,lose the stickness and can't take out,difficult to separating the colloid and protective layer ect, then regard as deterioration or failure. please stop using ， should replacement of the ACF glue

If the ACF packaging ITO density is very large that is the spacing between the ITO  is very small , if using many time both shows package failure , please replace the large density of conducting particle ACF . such as AC2056 ect
