Main Use of VL-1000ATC CNC turning center

The CNC turning center is equipped with CNC and ATC, suitable for machining inner hole, excircle, conicial surface, arc and other surface.

Product Feature

1-We have the following machining equipments to ensure accuracy of each part of machines.SNK CNC pentahedron machining center,  DMG horizontal machining center,  Mori Seiki vertical machining center,  OKK CNC
milling machine, American G&L boring machine, Germany SHW floor type boring machine,Tongtai CNC vertical lathe,TOSHIBA
drilling machine ,Sumitomo grinding machine and other machines, over 100 sets in total.
2-Purchasing parts are from world-famous brand, such as INA or TIMKEN spindle bearing,POSA spindle unit,HIWIN ball screw,
INA linear guide, ZF gearbox,Heidenhain linear encoder, Fanuc CNC controller and motors.
3-Table base and bed are designed as a whole, improving rigidity and stability of the machine. However, other suppliers in China
adopts separate structure.
Besides,table is equipped with big-diameter NN series INA bearing,meeting the demand of high speed,high precision, high rigidity
and absorbing heavy cutting of radial and axial load and long-time heavy cutting.
4-Zaxis is equipped with the state-of-the-art nitrogen automatic balancing system to avoid old -type balancing weight shaking,rea-
cting too low and affecting screw rod accuracy.
5-High quality casting HT300 is used. Bed is through passivation process and machined by Japan CNC pentahedron machining
center,and surface is sandblasted and sprayed primer. 
6-Bed and workpiece are washed by individual cutting fluid, matching chip conveyor.  Water tank has two filter systems to avoid
removing chips manually.
7-Hydraulic chuck from Taiwan Genyang is used, with two kinds of pressure, which is chosen according to workpiece.
8-Strictly control accuracy of each part during assembly to make the machine up to accuracy standard before shipping.Positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of X and Z axis is 0.006mm and roundness is 0.005mm.
