Usage of Concrete Pole Making Mold:


1, Before filling in the concrete material, clean wedge mouth first, the wall coated with release agent, wedge grooves embedded packing.


2, Fill in the concrete material, then clear the concrete away from face and mouth on the wedge, and close its mouth clamping screw down the bolt.


3,Concrete pole moulds on centrifugal machine must be running at slow--medium--high speed.It is strictly prohibited to high speed start, in case the mould due to the sudden acceleration fly out of the centrifuge.Mold on the centrifuge working time should be 10 ~ 15 minutes.


4, When mold is on centrifuge operation, attention should be paid to the mould is whether running normally.If there is unusual situatuin or abnormal noise, lose of concrete etc. we should stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault and then continue to operate. If continuously find many molds are running abnormally or abnormal rushing sound, you should check the centrifuge whether it is normal.It is strictly prohibited in the operation operation personnel engaged in other work or leaving work.


5, Mould should be hanging light, it is forbidden to collision and heavy hammer.During steam curing, mould should be piled up science, balance weight to prevent mold deformation.

Notice:

Before using, pole mold should be firstly checked whether the mold is in good condition, a nondestructive crack phenomenon of climbing, bolts, nuts, washers and other accessories are complete.If find the problem, mould should be used after repairing.When used in the bolt, filling lubricating oil to make the threaded connections durable and smooth installation.
