he design of SHS oil (gas)-fired boiler follows TSG G0001-2012 Supervision Regulation for Boiler Safety and TSG G2000-2010 Supervision Regulation for Boiler Safety. SHS 20-100t/h boiler has an economizer at the tail of the boiler, which can help to lower the temperature of the fume and improve the thermal efficiency. As a new type of oil (gas)-fired boiler, it can run steadily under 80-100% working conditions with the thermal efficiency at 90-96%. 

Main features

1. The heating surface can both conduct heat and isolate the fume, forming the independent natural circulation.

2. The compact and simple inner structure is different from the common natural cycle structures with independent down pipe and steam pipe.

3. The economizer at the tail can effectively lower the fume temperature and improve the thermal efficiency.

4. The whirlpool burner ignites at four corners and the tangential firing ensure the adequate combustion of the fuel gas. 

5. The complete set of automatic control device and safety protection device on the boiler will automatically control the water level and alarm and even shut down the boiler when the water level is too low, as well as steam pressure and alarm when the pressure is extremely high, so as to ensure the safe operation. 

6. There is an inspection hole on the hearth to facilitate easy check and repair. There are two explosion-proof doors on the boiler top.

7. The maze structure on the hearth corner will meet the demand for heat expansion and sealing.
