Configuration of Our Beer Equipment

We provide small and medium brewery equipment for brewers on home and abroad.

Each of the brewing machine we produce will be well welded, polished and tested before shipment.

Before you inquire, please confirm questions below:

1-Capacities from 100 liter to 10000 liter brewery can be chosen, what capacity do you need, 7bbl per batch?

2-What kind of heating method do you prefer, electric, steam or gas fired?

3-Would you like some other equipment, such as bottle filling and capping machine, keg filling and cleaning machine, steam boiler, kegs....?

4-How many beer fermentation tanks do you need please?

Here follows is the configuration of the  7bbl  beer brewing equipment(about 820L), please check for reference.

2-Customized :   a. capacity(100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 5bbl, 6bbl, 7bbl, 8bbl, 1000L, 10BBL, 1500L, 2000L, 3000L, 5000L......)

                          b. voltage(380v/50Hz/3phases, can be customized )

                          c. material thickness(our standard is inner wall 3mm sus304, outer wall 2mm sus304, insulation 100mm PU or rock wool)

                                        d. dimension of all the tanks(length, height, width)

                                        e. heating method(electric, steam, direct gas fire heating)

3-Water and Pressure Test is made before shipment.
