Simple auto tool changer cnc router with rotating spindle

This simple auto tool changer cnc router have 3 spindle motors, middle spindle can rotate ±90 degree. It is very convenient for door side hole drilling and milling hinge hole. 3 spindles can be fixed with 3 different kind of cutter bits, auto tool change by CAM program, very fast for door processing.
 

Special Configurations:

1. Middle spindle is 4.5KW Air-cooling can rotate, two 3KW Air-cooling spindles.

2. Three spindles can use three different tools for your three different designs' processing at the same time, which is similar with auto tool changer CNC machine center with three tools.

3. The middle spindle can Rotate 180 degree freely according to your process, not only can used be for engraving and cutting on plane board's surface , also for milling and drilling on the board's two sides.

4. Taiwan Syntec control system, with vernier Handle controller.

5. Vacuum system with: vacuum table with suction block, vacuum pump and tubes

6. Higher gantry can be up to 300mm; bigger gantry width can make sure every spindle's effective working area.

7. Heavy bistratal side plates, which can keep large supporting power for the gantry's moving perfectly.

8. XYZ effective working area is 1300*2500*300mm

9. Independently electric control box, with perfect wiring and free moving pulleys.

10. Heavy hard steel lath body, keep the machine's working high stability. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, dealing with Time-treatment, the stability is excellent, never to be deformed.
