There's a rubber band tied into the bottom of car cover, these plastic car covers is made of LLDPE, that would be high clarity and perdurable enough. 
They are customized, can go for different size vehicles. The thickness is usual 20microns.

As standard packaging or customize. 

1 car cover be fold into 1 bag, and 50 bags place into 1 case.
