FAQ

 

1. How long will the product become heat?

 

Based on different habitus and blood circulation, the time for heat is from 15 minutes to 1 hour. 

So please do not worry when you wear it for some time and it do not become heat.

 

2. How can we make the heat faster?

 

You can use a wet cloth to wipe the heated cloth side or put the product in the sunshine for while. All this will be helpful for product heat.

 

3. How should we wash the product?

 

You'd better not wash it in water because this will make the tourmaline powder effect on the heated cloth weaker.  Please do not put it in the washing machine,which will also weaken the product magnetic and heated effect. You can use a wet cloth to wipe the heated cloth. 

 

4. How long can I wear the product?

 

You can wear it for two times a day and 3 hours one time. We do not s est wearing it in sleep!

And the normal knee brace can be used for about 1000 hours.

 

5. Why there are red dot when I wear the product?
