High chromium-nickel furnace roll with dia. ranging from 50mm to 2000mm, made by centrifugal casting process. Our super-alloys are characteristic of heat, corrosion and wear resistance, high strength, carburization resistance.

Material for centrifugal barrels: 24/24NbTz,G18/8NiCr, 28Cr/48Ni/5W, 25Cr/20Ni, 24/24NiCrNb(1.4855), 25Cr/35Ni(1.4852),38Ni/18Cr(1.4865), 2.4633, 2.4879 or at customers request.
Forged Shafts: 310 stainless steel, EN8, EN24 etc.
Diameter: 50min-2000max.
Welding consumables: AWS A5.11 NiCrFe-3 2.4807 or 182KS or as per the buyer's requirements
Working temperature: depending on the materials(average: 800-1200℃)
