Summary of conduction oil heater

Conduction oil heater is also called electric conduction oil furnace.

1)Conduction oil heater is a kind of special industrial furnace which is new type,safe,high efficiency,energy saving,and can provide high temperature heat energy in ordinary pressure or low pressure situation.

2) Electricity as its heat source, heat conduction oil as heat transfer medium, using oil circulating pump to drive the conduction oil circulation. After the conduction oil  transferring heat energy to the reaction still, it will back to the heater to be reheated. That cycle repeats to make the heated object to acheive the required temperature.

 Structure and theory

Conduction oil heater system consists of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (configurable), control cabinets, hot oil pump and expansion tank. When using it , you only need to  connect the import and export of pipeline of the power and medium and some electrical interface.

Conduction oil heater use digital display temperature control instrument which has many functions: overtemperature alarm,low oil level alarm and super pressure alarm. It's a kind of high efficiency and energy saving heating equipment in the application of  chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, food, shipbuilding, textile and thin film industries.
