Raw Materials

Basic aluminum : high-strength aluminum alloy

Plastic core: no-toxic low density polyethylene

Surface coating: EVE, PE paint

Method of Processing and Construction

Surface preparation: film sticking, screen printing; Range of processing temperature-30c-70c.

Method of processing : blade cutting, edge plane, CNC cutting &molding, drilling, punching, arc pressing, grooving &flanging.

Method of construction : bonding, chucking, riveting or bolting by Aluminum sections.
