Side entry impeller mixer agitator  

 

Side entry agitator mixer is mainly used to mix,protect material's deposit and assist material's chemical reaction in the tank.The stirring mixer is installed on the side wall of the cylinder. Axial flow agitators are usually adopted, mostly, propeller agitators; It will achieve better effect than other types of agitators when the power consumption is the same. Power consumption of a side-entry agitator is only 1/3-2/3 that of a top-entering agitator; and its cost is only 1/4-1/3 that of a top-entering agitator.Its rotational speed is within 200r-750r/min.

 

Side entry impeller mixer agitator required to open on the bottom of tank with meachnical sealing ,zero leakegage , high working efficiency.

Applications of the side entry agitator

 

Side entry agitator is applicable to desulfation, de-NOx, plam oil ,crude oil mixer and some liquid viscosity is higher. Agitation for large storages tanks. It will produce favorable stirring effects with low power consumption.

 

Agitator tank can be designed together based on customer's request.
