Anti corrosion layers

1.3PE anti corrosion layers: 

adhesive-epoxy(60-80µm),

copolymer adhesive(170-250µm) ;

 high density polyethylene(about 2mm);

2. 2PE anti corrosion layers: 

copolymer adhesive (170-250µm) ;

high density polyethylene (about 2mm)

3.Peel strength: 3PE layers is more than 100N/cm, 2PE layers is more than 70N/cm

4.Spark leak level; ≥25KV

5.impulse withstand test: ≥50kg/cm

Remark: we can use coal tar epoxy as the anti corrosion layer according to customer’s request.

Steel pipe:

Material: 20# and Q235 seamless steel tube or spiral steel tube.

Surface treatment: blasting (the standard can be GB/T8923.0-2011, Sa2.5)

Surface anchor pattern of the steel tube: 40—100μm 

(increase the surface area of the steel tube, also Improve steel adhesion)

Application:

Widely used on urban water network, chemical petroleum and natural gas, 

and other industrial material liquid and gas pipeline system

Applicable temperature: less than 70°C
