Bush Aluminum Composite Panel

The panel comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum skin, the LDPE core's thickness and alloy's width can be designed according to customers requirement, the front surface is used the brush finish coils, the protective film on the top surface can be peeled off. The back sheet is done by anti-corrosive pretreament or coated anti-corrosive paints.

Structure:
A) front : aluminium alloy sheet coated with high quality polyestor resin(PE), (Supplier:BEKCER ,PPG).

B) core: non-toxic low density polyethylene

C) back: aluminium alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting

D) surface coating thickness: 16μ±1μ

E) aluminium alloy: 3003 H24

F) sheet  thickness: 0.12mm,0.15mm,0.21mm,0.3mm
