1. Function and Specification
1.1 This machine is a kind of small type equipment to suck fluffy materials, including down and feather and chemical fibers, to fill in products by using a high pressure fan. It can be used in shop as a piece of equipment for on-spot filling of down and feather quilts. It can also be combined in a large scale production line in factory.
1.2 E type fan with a frequency inverter, is easy to adjust its wind force as required. Low wind force can be adopted when filling clothes or down and feather to decrease the damage of down and feather55; strong wind force can be selected when filling pillows or big feather pieces to minimize the blockage of the filling pipe70. It saves energy and power.
1.3 The fan's soft start produces less impulse on the power source when it starts to run. It is quick to stop. It can stop down and feather being blown out within 1 second after the fan brake is applied. Thus it is easy to keep both the product and site tidy.
1.4 Power of the electric motor: 1.1 KW. The fan is wide in applicable power source: Single phase voltage: 200 - 240 V,
50 - 60 HZ. It can be installed and operated in small shop and big factory both in China and in other countries.
1.5 The advantages of feather filling machines made by Japan, Germany and other countries were comprehensively absorbed for designing. Besides, China--patented technologies have been uniquely applied in this machine. The fan, directly connected with the motor, is light in weight, simple in structure, less in troubles and convenient for installation, operation and maintenance. It needs no lubrication and maintenance within the first 5 years.
1.6 The machine is not likely blocked even when feather pieces are being filled because of the strong wind force
from the big fan vanes. It is low in noise and vibration--
free because the vaned wheel has been accurately tested for balance, the revolving speed is moderate and rubber feet have been inlaid.
1.7 Many block-proof function designs, make it fill faster.There is a transparent peep hole on the shrinking mouth of the down filling pipe, operator may see whether it is unblocked or not when fill. When the flowage turns slow, go backwards hop-pocket in time to prevent the filling pipe blocked, or pat the hop-pocket to keep unobstructed.
1.8 Diameter of the down--filling pipe: 38 mm, 50 mm.
1.9 Its stainless steel outer case makes it look luxurious, tidy and in good taste.
1.10 On the bottom of the transparent plexiglass-made down and feather cyclone - filtering barrel, there is a powerful magnetic iron to remove most part of iron pieces and other impurities mixed in the down and feather in the filling process.
1.11 An electric scale is used to weigh down and feather. The operator holds a hose to suck in the down and feather placed on the electric scale and observe weight changes displayed. The suction of down and feather can be stopped by raising the suction hose. The filled weight accuracy can be controlled within 2 grams.
