BST203 common rail injector tester

is used to test electromagnetic common rail injectors. Such as bosch electromagnetic common rail injectors, denso electromagnetic common rail injectors, delphi electromagnetic common rail injectors.

It can test quality, openning, working and atomization of electromagnetic common rail injectors.

PS400A1 nozzle tester

is used to adjust and calibrate the injection pressure, atomizing quality, injecting angle and needle valve seals of nozzle of diesel engine in order to ensure excellent power and economic performance of diesel engine.

BST203 and PS400A1 can work together to check common rail injectors.

They can work with ultrasonic bath and liquid to clean common rail injectors.

They can completely test working of atomizing, start injecting and high pressure injection of all electromagnetic common rail injectors.

They can adjust driving signal of frequency and width pulse of injection conveniently. Have driving signal wave from that completely consistent with ECU.
