Ladder type dry mortar production line
JTGF series ladder type dry mortar production line is less cost with high efficiency compact structure. The raw materials silo and finished product silo all arrange around the dry mortar mixer machine, reducing the material transportation distance effectively.
1.Set weight and proportions of all kinds of raw material , then put the data into the PLC automatic batching system.
2.If the sand is wet, we need to dry sand by drying machine. This equipment adopts three-cylinder dryer which is of high efficiency, low energy consumption and taking up less space.
3.When the sand is dried, the sand and other raw materials should be put into the storage silo through conveying system.
4.Raw materials in the silo will be delivered to the agravic twin shaft paddle mixing machine or forced twin shaft paddle mixing machine, which is specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing of components with wide ranging proportions, densities, structures and flow characteristics. The mixer discharges materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots.
5.When the materials are completely mixed, they will be put into the finished silo. Then the finished products should be delivered to the bags. Through the packaging system which includes valve packaging machine and open packaging machine, the bags should be packed.
6.All powdery materials are under the closed state, while feeding, batching, scaling, adding, discharging and packaging. Fully closed mixing unit and the dedusting system can reduce pollution of dust and noise to the environment effectively.
 

Tower type dry mortar production line
