The wood waste produced in the machining process is collected and stocked in the silo
The wood waste is transported by screw conveyer from excretive valve to the boiler
The steam or hot water or hot oil or gas from the boiler is send to the kilns for heating






 

 Conventional Wood Drying Kiln (Concrete and Brick Structure):

 Kiln housing is concrete and brick structure;

 Automatic or semiautomatic control system;

 The doors are highly airtight, opened and closed flexibly and easily;

 The handing of wood is completed by forklift or the sliding vehicle;

 Energy source of wood drying kilns can be steam, hot-water, hot-oil, gas, and electricity.

Concrete and brick kiln housing is composed of concrete, insulation layers and brick, etc. Insulation layer is made of perlite.
