The automatic feeding paperboard type

1. General Single-row machine: producing top quality mouse glue traps on or about 3000 pieces each hour . Producing standard Mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, Cockroach glue houses on or 5000 pieces each hour;

  The strengthen single row machine:producing top quality mouse traps on or about 5000 pcs/h and produce standard mouse glue traps,fly glue traps,cockroach glue houses on or 7000pcs/h 

2.Single-row or double-row machine all can be compatible with big /small mouse glue traps, top quality mouse glue traps , plastic or other wooden concave type Mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, Cockroach glue houses , no matter thick or thin ,big or small

3.Single row and double row ,all can option install auto feeder - auto sprinkle fish bait ,,auto fold ,auto counter function ,except package ,each line only need 1 person 

4.Each line of Double producttion line can be alone , can products different model same time , double line can same time work ,or alone one line work ,work speed also can be differernt .The output is twice as much single row 

General double-row machine: producing top quality mouse glue traps on or about 6000 pieces each hour . Producing standard Mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, Cockroach glue houses on or 10000 pieces each hour;

  The strengthen double row machine:producing top quality mouse traps on or about 10000 pcs/h and produce standard mouse glue traps,fly glue traps,cockroach glue houses on or 15000pcs/h 

5.Single row and double row work speed control by Adjustable speed motor control , Photoelectric switch control system and automatic follow system control simultaneously to track precisely and cut of glue

6.Special cylinder takes glue gun up ,after gelatinizing each paper ,glue gun be taken up automatically to even gluing ,no trail

7.Electrical parts of this equipment such as cylinder ,adjusting speed electric motor, speed regulator , solenoid valve etc. components all be imported from taiwan or other countries to ensure the quality

Single-row standard configuration: production line for export only of single-row machine of Mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, Cockroach glue houses of model no HG-818B + 20 kilograms-capacity hot melt glue machine of model no HG-820; 

Double- row standard configuration: lengthen production line for export only of Mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, Cockroach glue houses of model no HG-818B ×2 sets + 80 kilograms-capacity double-melting tank glue machine of model no HG-880 . 

Alternative configuration :Can elects 20 kilograms,30 kilograms,80 kilograms or 150 kilograms-capacity single or double-melting tank glue machine base on different price .

• the stardard machine size glue coating width 210mm: max passing paper 320mm（whether can meet your need or not ,if not,also pl let me know your specific requirements and design for you according to your requirements）
• HG-818B single production line ：2530×770×1310mm；HG-820 hot melting machine：820×460×507mm  capacity :20kg  if u think the capictiy is small u can choose differetn capicty 30kg or80kg according the different price
