1. Q: What is MOQ?

    A: Normally it would be one 20'FT container, but orders less than         that are still acceptable.

 

2. Q: What are the payment terms?

    A: we accept two ways. One is T/T(30% before production, 70% 

    before shipment), the other one is irrevocable L/C at sight. 

 

3. Q: Do you accept the sample order?

    A: Yes. Within 7 days both normal or customized design. Sample 

    cost will be refunded  to customer once the relevant order is 

    confirmed. 

 

4. Q:How long will it take for delivery? 

    A: It will take around 25 days, subject to type of product and 

    quantity. 

 

5. Q: What about the warranty? 

    A: We provide 5 years warranty and life-time maintenance to original

    purchaser.
