P500QL1 and P500QL2 pressure vessel steel sheet

Relative Grades: P355Q, P355QH, P355QL1, P355QL2, P460Q, P460QH,  P460QL1, P460QL2, P500Q, P500QH, P500QL1, P500GL2, P500QL2, P690Q, P690QH, P690QL1, P690QL2---En10028-6.
 
For these two high strength steel grades of P500QL1 and P500QL2, heat treatment under Quenched and Tempered have to be done when production in steel mills.Steel plate P500QL1 shall be adopt low temperature impacting test at minus 40 centi degree,and steel sheet P500QL2 shall be at minus 60 centi degree.About the chemical composition of copper,for reason of hot formability, a lower copper content and a maximum tin content may be agreed at the time of inquiry and making orders.

2. Other technology requirements:Z Test, UT (ultrasonic test), N (normalized), PWHT (simulated post-weld heat treatment), Elevated Temperature Tension Test) ECT.
