I、Product introduction :
(LF-19D) It is a new kind of product that WeiLian Limited Company has
Developed & researched. This new product can be fit for the static solder
Pot or active wave solder oven to resume the oxidization residues to be
Lead-free solder that the proper operation temperature is 240-270℃.
The customer will get the advantage is save the cost if they use the new
Product.
II、Use result for the product :


1. Resuming efficiency for the oxidization residues of lead-free solder:
90% oxidization residues can be resumed to be lead-free solder.
2. Resuming rate :
20-25kg lead-free residues can be resumed by 1kg LF-19D power for oxidization
residues of lead-free solder.
Usually, there are about 70% residues can be resumed to be solder for continuously using during wave soldering operation.
Another way is to say the actual resuming scale can be achieved to 65-80kg.
III、Physical character:
Cosmetic: Light white powder.
IV、Resuming comparison :
The powder has not the metal ion completely & can’t bring any metal element
during resuming. At the same time .It can’t effect the previous alloy
element & the product has passed the ROHS test standard. Therefore, the
element of lead-free solder is the same as previous after the customer
uses it.



V、Cost analysis :
At normal status, there is no distinguish if the customer add the LF-19D powder
for oxidization residues of lead-free solder or oxidization-proof oil to the
lead-free solder pot. But LF-19D powder for oxidization residues of lead-free solder can be saved the cost after compare them .
eg: 8 hours/lead-free machine will create the solder residues about 3kg.
The cost analysis is as below if the price of 1kg lead-free solder is RMB 150
yuan. 8 hours/lead-free machine will create the solder residues about 10kg. Residues recycled profit is RMB 70 yuan/kg.
