◎Product Properties：
SW-11LF,no clean flux is a halide-free,no corrosiveness,no residue flux specially developed for spraying the flux in leadfree wave soldering applications for surface mount,mixed technology and through hole electronics assembly.It can be applicable for standing the high temperature of the lead free wave soldering machine. SW-11LF flux is a liquid with a light yellow,it is harmless for the environment,and can be fit for the wave soldering foaming ﹠ spraying. The soldering joints will be light ﹠ perfect after the PCBA( indude bare copper ﹠solder coated PCB) goes through the lead free wave soldering with the flux.
◎Applications：
It can be used in the PCB products of electron,mail,power supply,computer,mobile charger﹠TEL communications.
◎Safy ﹠ Caution：
1、Avoid the other soldering flux ﹠thinner to be mixed together when it is use.
2、For the products of medical,military electron ﹠digital equipments,it should be done the cleaning according to the requirement of our company.
3、It needn ,t add the thinner if the product goes through the wave soldering with spray.
4、It should be added the thinner SW-11G,if the product goes through the wave soldering with foam. Every week the old soldering flux should be replaced by the fresh soldering flux.
5、For the oxidization of PCB ﹠the leads of the components,it should be disposed then going through the spraying or foaming wave soldering with properly adjusting that can ensure the flux dip or spray to the PCB botton averagly.
6、Every week the spraying container ﹠foaming pot should be cleaned once.Every day the spraying nozzle should be cleaned before ﹠after the work.At the same time,the cleaner should be s ested to use ours“SW-12”series.
7、Main element: Low carbonic solvent,activator,thinner,etc.
8、Storage:SW-11LF is s flammable product ﹠should be treated as an industrial chemical.Store in sealed plastic containers away from heat, sparks,or open flame ﹠adequate exhaust ventilation should be provided.The storage temperature should be controlled under 40℃.
9、Package:
20L per bucket or other package that the customer required.
