2.Features

★If it is damaged by mechanical collision, it only needs local modification, repairing, replacement, and can be put into application after repaired without heating the empty furnace.

★The heating speed of the Ceramic fibered furnace body is fast, when heating the empty furnace, the heating time can be shortened by above 1/3 compared than that of brick furnace body.

★Adopt circulation fan within the furnace to stir the air in the furnace, to strengthen the internal gas flow, effectively increase the furnace temperature uniformity.

★Good temperature controllability, temperature control precision can be up to + 10 ℃

★The heating element is heating Using iron chromium electrothermal alloy, its temperature can reach 1400 ℃,with small proportion, and high resistivity .

★Good oxidation resistance, the structure of the Al2O3 Oxide film on the iron chromium electrothermal alloy is compact, and the viscosity is good, not easy to cause pollution by scattering. Al2O3 is with high resistance rate, also has a high melting point, these factors determine that the Al2O3 oxide film has excellent oxidation resistance.

★Good corrosion resistance, especially effective for sulfur-containing atmosphere and those that is polluted by sulfur-containing substance.
