Machine Description:
1. The machine is mainly used for drilling holes on H beams, channel beams, square steel tubes, rectangular steel tubes and angle bars.

2. It is adopts 9 spindles for drilling holes at three different surfaces, each surface has three spindles and can install three different sizes of drill bits.

3. It has high processing efficiency and accuracy, convenient to operate and widely used in buildings, bridge, tower mast, grid rack and so on.

Machine Features:
The machine consists of upper unit, left unit, right unit and spindle box. It can drill holes at the horizontal direction and vertical direction.

The spindles at 3 sides can work together or separately which improves the efficiency greatly.

The machine has three positions to install three different drills on each side controlled by the hydraulic cylinder automatically, each side can installed three different drill tools to drill three different holes by per clamping.

The CNC feeding device consists of gear, servo motor, manipulator and other components.

The workpiece is hold by the manipulator, driven by the servo motor and transmitted by gear-rack device. The system can infeed the workpiece at X axis direction and ensure the accuracy of the drilling.
