5.X-Ray examination of metal parts, heating elements, pearls, sinks, and lithium cells’ internal structures

Features:

1.Equipped with sealed-pipe-type maintenance-free micro-focus X-Ray tubes.

2.Equipped with stepless speed changing lever for convenient control of speed, angle and range.

3.All moving parts are equipped with ball screws and driven by steppers, so motions are smoother with high precision and lower noise.

4.High-voltage power source and X-Ray tubes are connected in a split way. If there is anything wrong with the power source, you do not have to replace the whole X-Ray system and it is also very convenient to maintain the power source.

5.Equipped with software to calculate the BGA void ratio automatically. 6.Automatic X-ray tube protection: if no operation happens on the system for 20 minutes, the system will turn off automatically and come into protection mode.

7.Automatic machine protection: if any door is opened,the unit will turn off immediately and come into

 protection mode and the X-ray emission stops immediately.

8.Calculates the cumulative operation time of the x-ray tube automatically. Inclination of the angle and automatic navigation function are optional.
