It is mainly used to vulcanize various kind rubber material , such as raw rubber , silicone rubber , NBR rubber , EPDM and so on , to produce various kind of rubber product , such as seals , o-ring , soles , tiles , etc

1,Cylinder adopts advanced seals constructure , it owns reasonable design with reliable function 

2.Cylinder is made of QT-500-7 , diameter is 250mm. Totally 2 cylinders

3.Beam and plateform are all welded by high quality Q235A carbon steel. After welding , they are futhure processed by manual vibration or high temperature tempering processing to avoid warping 

4.Hot plate is welded by high quality Q235A carbon steel. After welding , it is  futhure processed by manual vibration or high temperature tempering processing to avoid warping 

5.Seal is PU seals , it is oil resistant , anti-aging , wear resistant 

6.Heatiing shield: its calcium silicate board, pressing pressure is 3.5Mpa ,coefficient of heat insulation is 0.031
