Introduction

This conveyor machine, DT bucket elevator is designed and made as the standard of JB3926-85 

vertical bucket elevator, common bucket elevators in our nation are all vertical and new.

Applicable to transport packing density of less than 1.5t/m3, easy to take out the powder, granular, 

small block of low-millcut materials, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, fertilizer, food and so on. 

Delivery temperature of the material does not exceed 250°C.

Component of bucket elevator

It consists of head section with driving pulley, elevator boot (down section) with take-up pulley, 

elevator casing, driving device and back stop ,braking device. there is a inspection hole on elevator casing, 

to observe all operation.

Driving device is equipped with YZ reducer and ZQ reducer. YZ axis reducer is directly coupled with 

pulley shaft. this design can omit driving platform with compact structure, light weight.

Also, fixed security protector on bucket elevator: belt speed detector, belt alignment device, backstop, etc.

to ensure safty operation.
