1.High refractoriness,Refractoriness Under Load is similar to same SiO2 content silica brick.

2.More porosity,so compression strength,slag resistance,corrosion resistant is not better than  silica brick,but thermal shock resistance is improved.

3.Use at high temperatures, can not contact with alkaline refractory materials.

4.High strengh resistance-acid erosion.

5.Highest working temperature:1200~1550°C depend on material

Applications 

 It is mainly used for the coke oven bottom,cupola furnace,metallurgical furnace flue,ladle  bottom lining,hot metal ladle,iron-melting furnace lining, casting steel brick, combustion chamber wall,cement kiln, glass smelting  kiln furnace etc industrial kiln furnace.

Packaging Details:

Fumigated wooden pallet, using paper or non-woven fabrics between layers separated,plastic shrink film protected outside.finally using straps. The size of wooden pallet is 95x95cm,95x100cm or as your requirements.
