Galvanized wire is made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod. It is processed by high quality low carbon steel through draw forming, acid pickling, high temperature annealing, hot-dip galvanized, cooling and other technologies. Galvanized wire includes hot-dip galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (electro galvanized wire).

Manufacturing technique: It is made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod. It is processed by high quality low carbon steel through draw forming, acid pickling, high temperature annealing, hot galvanizing, cooling and other technologies.

Features: Galvanized wire has good toughness and elasticity. The highest galvanizing amount can reach 3000g/m2. It has thick zinc coating and strong corrosion resistance.

Application: the product is widely used in building, handcraft, wire mesh weaving, expressway shield, packaging and daily use and other fidles.
