Working principle

Wet materials are sent into hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator , then enter into a large revolving cylindrical tube . The tube has slope slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the feeding end in order to convey materials through dryer . There are many lifting boards which fixed on the inner wall of the tube . During drying process , materials are lifting up repeatedly and contact with hot air sufficiently . Then the moisture contained in materials is steamed . At the end of , the waste gas is released into atmosphere by draft fan .
