Usage

First-use

Just need to place the inside magic metal disc between forefinger and thumb, press against it and then it will become hot immediately!

Re-use

Put the hot pack in boiling water with cloth for about 5 mins. But you should prevent the plastic bag from contacting the bottom of the pot.

Caution

1.    Dont puncture or abrade the bag with spiculate stick .

2.    Dont press the button if the bag is releasing heat .

3.    Turn to a doctor when necessary
