Product Description

1.The winding machine is customized for the auto coils such as the rotor coil of automobile generator and solenoid coil  of auto starter motor.

2.The machine can execute the auto actions of Winding, Pole change, Coil hooking, Coil cutting and Auto converting and Exchanging. The automation degree is high and what has to be done by people is to only load and unload the bobbins.

3.When winding, the end of the wire is fixed  all the time till the end of the winding process. The function not only saves the operation time for loosing the end wire, but also avoids the occurrence of undesired entry of the wire end into the coils.

4.Servo motor control (with speed converter inside) is employed for angle rotation, making it possible to turn to any angle desired and no locking is necessary.

5.The interface is in Chinese and English version is optional. The JOG function enables automatic programming when winding process is ongoing. (More than 90% of the movements can be done without manual programming.

6.LCD monitor is equipped, which conveniently shows the data for the current operation of the machine such as the rotary direction of the main spindle, number of loops, angles and winding time and etc. Texts are automatically shown when false occurs.

7.When winding some bobbins, the related program can be called out directly. Besides 60 winding programs that stored in the computer of the machine, a USB can be connected to it to realize limitless storage.
