Step 1. Art works and design instructions.
An easy artwork is just pictures. I need four-side views, closed head shot, closed logo pictures, special spot shots, colors...etc
A standard artwork is a 3D color drawings with Pantone color codes.
Design instructions are needed, basically it includes : size of the doll, base shape, pose of the doll, lettering on base front and back, logos position, colors specs, special details...etc.
I need to have a clear idea of the designs before I get started sculpting the objects. I have a Sample Request Form which customers need to fill into with the complete clear designing ideas.
Step 2. wax model and comments.
My sculptors will work out a wax model, and I will send you pictures for reference. Sometimes, we need to revise/modify the wax model until we approve the wax model.
This period will take 5-10 days. Just need to make a perfect model!
Step 3. painting and comments.
After we approve the wax model, I will mold it up and paint it up. I will send you pictures for reference. Again, we need to revise/modify the colors until the dolls are perfect.
The period will take around 3-5 days.
Step 4. Send out 1-2 samples for final confirmation if needed. It takes 2 days.
Step 5. producing
After confirm the samples, we run into production.
100-500pcs order needs 25 days;
500-3000pcs  order needs 30 days;
3000-10000pcs  order needs 35 days;
10000-20000pcs order needs 40-45 days;
