It is a newly pellet machine, researched designed, and produced by ourselves. It’s mainly used to produce biomass 

pellet from the materials, such as wood chips(like pine, white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo 

shaving, rich husk, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, straw(wheat straw, corn stover), cotton stalks, 

alfalfa grass,  bagasse, palm fiber, paper, non-physical materials.

Material into inner of pellet machine from the feeding put, under the function of centrifugal force, the material will be 

fling to the inner of die, form a ring layer uniformaly, and the ring layer material will be within die an roller, after the 

extruding of die and roller, a column pellet will be formed. The pellet will be cutted via the cutting knife fixing in the 

shell.
