This high-quality coffee is made using the newest technology of sublimation.It differs from the powder coffee since it is prepared by using a hot air drying, and sublimated coffee (crystalized) - by freezing the moisture extract and then grinding. It allows to preserve natural coffee taste and scent, which are lost when heated (like in powder). There are three types of crystals which may be obtained in the process of production. Depending on the flavor properties, the colour of crystals will change. We have used an extract, which after freezing gives light crystals with a strong and aromatic taste.
