•Product Description:

Stainless steel filter disc, also called stainless steel wire mesh filter disc, is one type of the metal filter discs.

We classify the manufacture process into three steps. First, we choose high quality stainless steel wire. Second, stainless steel wire would be weaved or punched. Then, according to customers' special requirements, we will select different material to wrap the edge.

What's more, in the manufacture process, we can provide stainless steel filter discs with different sizes, different shapes and different weaving methods. All can be produced according to your specific requirements.

 

•Materials:

Stainless steel Filter Discs are made of stainless steel woven wire mesh and wire cloth. The material is SUS302, SUS304, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS321, etc.

Major filter materials available for pack filters and wire mesh discs are stainless steel woven wire cloth, stainless steel sintered, phosphate bronze wire cloth and brass wire cloth, etc.

 

•Features:

Physical properties: high tensile force, high dirt holding capacity, high strength, high pressure resistance, accurate filtration rating, abrasion resistance, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance.

Chemical properties: acid, alkali and corrosion resistance.

Process properties: uniform controlled porosity, long service life, precision punched burr-free, compatible with most fluids, weldable, easy loading and unloading, cleanable and reusable, etc.

 

•Application:

Filter discs are mainly used in the absorption, evaporation and filtration process in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, ship and automobiles to delete the mist drop or liquid foam or used as air filter in cars and trucks.
