1.         Flying Fork winding machine is used on the condition that the bobbins can not rotated with main spindles. On the machine the bobbins are fixed, and winding is performed on the core directly by  nozzle arc motion This stabilizes the tension and makes layer winding possible.

2.         By using a 180° indexing mechanism, core loading can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process.

3.         Traversing  and winding motion are all driven by servo motors, which results in consistent winding profiles and high quality products.

Quick changeover mechanism is designed and specification changes can be performed within several minutes including program change.
